How it works
One record, from the quote to the invoice
Five steps, one set of records. Each step starts from what the last one saved, and the charges travel with it.
- Quote Q-001206$3,780 USLAX → Ontario · 4 × 40HC
- Booking B-000418$3,780 charges moved, not copied
- Moves 2 of 4 containers delivered, from the driver's phone
- Invoice INV-2041$1,890 per completed move · lines locked
- Delivered Emailed to the customer queued, never lost
Illustrative record. The quote's charges become the booking's, each completed move bills on its own, and an invoiced line cannot be edited from the booking.

Step 1
Set up your network
Add the ports and cities you serve, the terminals at each port, the shipping lines that call there, and the lanes between them. Your existing rates and customers load through Data Factory.

Step 2
Quote the customer
Price a lane or a spot move, add container lines and charges, and send it. A quote past its valid-until date is flagged, never silently expired.
DraftSentAcceptedExpired -
Step 3
Book the work
Convert an accepted quote to a booking. Its charges come with it, and container numbers are added as they arrive.
BookedConfirmedCancelled -
Step 4
Run the moves
Dispatch works each container against the booking's lane and terminals, with gate hours and appointment systems on the record. The driver sees each stop on the phone and taps arrived, unloading and delivered; proof of delivery comes back with photos.

Step 5
Invoice and deliver
Each completed move bills on its own. Accounting raises the invoice from the booking's own charges, the lines lock, Documents prints it on your own layout, and Communications sends it.

Service type is derived
A lane to a terminal is CY; a lane to a zone's doors is SD. It is read from the endpoints and never chosen from a list, so a move cannot be mislabelled.
Charges move, they are not copied
Booking a quote moves its charges onto the booking and records where they came from, so a retried conversion never doubles a line.
Invoiced lines are locked
Once Accounting invoices a charge, the line belongs to the invoice. Editing the booking cannot change what was billed.
See it on your own lanes
A demo walks through a quote, a booking, a driver's day and an invoice using the ports and terminals you work with.
