The rate you quote is the rate you bill. Every container, one record.

Drayage Cloud runs your ports, terminals, lanes, quotes, bookings and accounting in one app, so dispatch, the rate desk and billing work from the same numbers. Drivers get their stops on their phones.

Built around how drayage actually works

Not a generic TMS with a port field added. The records are the ones dispatch, the rate desk and billing already talk about, and the money follows them.

Rates priced once, per lane

A lane is a route every tariff shares. Rates point at lanes, and CY or SD is read from the lane's endpoints, so a port-to-door move is never mislabelled and never mispriced.

Nothing retyped, nothing billed twice

Charges raised on the quote move to the booking when it is booked, and bill as each move completes. No line is keyed again and none is counted twice.

Terminals the way dispatch knows them

FIRMS codes, gate hours, appointment systems, chassis pools and dual transactions on the record, with the gate contact one click away.

Drivers on their phones, dispatch in the loop

Each stop, status and proof of delivery comes back from the driver app as it happens, and queues on the phone when there is no signal.

An assistant that knows your records

Ask which quotes expire this week or which bookings have unnumbered containers. Anything that moves money asks first.

A map built for trucks

Your ports, terminals, cities and service area on a map with low bridges, hazmat routes, the national truck network, weigh stations, rail crossings and truck parking as layers, over aerial imagery with a street view.

One record travels from the quote to the invoice.

Charges raised on the quote move onto the booking, bill as each move completes, and lock once invoiced. Nothing is retyped between the rate desk and billing.

Walk through each step

Built for the four desks that touch every container.

Each one works from the same lanes, terminals and charges, so the owner sees one set of numbers.

Dispatch

Terminals with FIRMS codes, gate hours, appointment systems and chassis pools on the record, and every driver's stop as it happens.

Rate desk

Price a lane once. Every tariff that uses it stays in step, and CY or SD is read from the lane.

Billing

Invoice each completed move from the booking's own charges. Invoiced lines lock.

Drivers

Today's stops on the phone. Tap arrived, unloading, delivered; send photos and the signed receipt; works without signal.

Desktop for the office, browser for anywhere, an app for the cab.

One product, three ways in. The same records on every one.

The same app in a browser

Open it from the laptop at home or the terminal office. Nothing to install, and your data stays in your environment.

Administrators run environments, access and integrations from a separate admin app.

Drayage Cloud Driver on iPhone and Android

Each stop in order, one tap per status, proof of delivery with photos and the signed receipt. Updates save on the phone first and send when there is signal.
